The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

Ratings and reviews

Can't log in after multiple successful redirects from web browser to the app with a "successful" login. Really shouldn't be that hard for any decent developer to get right, but apparently it's been an issue for a while now.

This app won't let me log in. It goes back to the login screen. Please fix this app as soon as possible. Apparently this has been an issue for years.

PLEASE fix your app. I've been trying to login for days, and it just keeps kicking me back to the login page.
