This has been a helpful app that I use almost weekly, sometimes daily in communication with my oncology nurse case manager. The app also provides information, articles, tips and useful links to support managing your health.

This has been a valuable asset to my life this year! I will miss it as we are being removed from the program because Blue Cross Medicare advantage is stopping coverage for Missouri residents at the end of the year. Thanks to all the nurses and help received. Nurse Tiffany was wonderful!
