PROS: Rates are cheap especially if you are driving on expressway, customer service is pretty good. CONS: really hard to get a car on weekend afternoon and evening. It having a subscription fee doesn't help with the unpredictable availability of cars. Recently having quite a bit of technical issues when unlocking cars at kiosks, you can be at the kiosk and it releases your car and someone else takes it, customer service can't do anything about it other than provide you with credits for next ride

This system has all the markers for success: point to point, electric, no parking needed. However the UI is the absolute WORST! I can't even count how many times I've been at the station to start my journey with my reserved car ONLY to find that the reservation doesn't exist. Customer service is also slow to respond and there is absolutely no way to escalate or log such issues, and monitor progress. Great idea, horrible execution. Monthly fee is a rip-off considering it's so hard to get a car.

TL;DR The idea behind this car sharing is great. But the team behind it is piss poor. Signing up is easy, cancelling with them is hell. App: The application is horrible. Many times tried to reserve a lot, halfway through my journey, the lot becomes taken up by another user. All cars are also not equipped with season parking for blue sg lots that are parked in MSCP. Makes you waste seconds / minutes trying to contact either customer service or their staff to support you. The UI is horrible and it is not intuitive but these are not gamebreakers. Customer Service: Because I've decided to go for my own transport, I've decided to cancel my subscription. But to cancel it is not as simple as a button. First you have to message them, and in the long lists of texts hides a (Please confirm). Not once was I informed or any follow up on my part to confirm my cancellation. This went on for 3 months and the the clause that protects them? (Any fees deducted will not be refunded). Perhaps it was my own error to have glanced through the lists without noticing. So I called Customer Service. Through the discussion, the lady (not named) spoke in a tone which "blamed" me for not doing what I was told. She was unfriendly and there was not a slightest hint of what you'd expect for someone on the other line. All in all, to whomever has read this review all the way till here, just be wary of signing up with them. There are alot more T&Cs that are hidden and despite the good initiative behind this business model, it is after all still a cash-grabbing heartless company.
