PROS: Rates are cheap especially if you are driving on expressway, customer service is pretty good. CONS: really hard to get a car on weekend afternoon and evening. It having a subscription fee doesn't help with the unpredictable availability of cars. Recently having quite a bit of technical issues when unlocking cars at kiosks, you can be at the kiosk and it releases your car and someone else takes it, customer service can't do anything about it other than provide you with credits for next ride

I only used the service twice (new user) and both times there were issues that ended up setting me back by 30 minutes. The pairing system is wonky and cars do not unlock properly. It takes an average of 5 minutes to reach a customer service officer and while they are helpful and try their best to resolve issues, I encountered a situation where the issue cannot be resolved and was asked to go to another charging station 650m away. Using this service contains high risk and I would not recommend it

I have to say, the new UI sucks. If it ain't broken, don't fix it. I hope BlueSG continues to improve the new UI because in its current state, it's extremely unintuitive to use. If you are reading this BlueSG, feel free to contact me, I am open to give suggestions on how this can improved. I really like BlueSG fundamentally but this app is hurting the experience unnecessarily.
