Its not sending emails and its telling that my email is taken but its not 😡
I was hoping to like this but for one, not Android friendly and second, it never connects easily. The phone sits and search for the bag. And yes I pushed the button on the back. And yes it's fully charged. Make this user friendly for those who have Android. Update: 9/16/16 still no update for Android. Nothing has changed in any update even though I was told there would be months ago. They lie. Do not buy this bag. There are several others out there that are better. Update: 5/6/17 Still no change to the app. I can not imagine anyone is buying this if they do the research first. I can not even see the whole screen. It cuts off at the bottom. Poor poor execution of an app. Update: are you ever going to do anything about all the problems? Or at least say you can't or your unable to.
App basically doesn't work. Have to rejoin bag to phone each time. Tracking only shows last place you synced to bag, can't track it once its out of range. Get the bag refunded asap if you bought one.
I wanted to give this suitcase to my uncle to borrow. But found out I need to ask bluesmart to please please pretty please change the registration which apparently takes 24 to 48 hours for them to reply. Major fail.
Constantly need to be connected, now I can't properly charge the battery, locking is a problem. All the hype for nothing.
App is not working. This makes features of suitcase useless.
