App has stopped working. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Every time I go to place an order, it won't let me get to the cart and check out. It tells me to empty cart and start over. I can place an online order on their website, but don't get reward points and now I can't use the reward I have sitting in my account. Really annoying since they can't be applied or accumulated for website online orders, but clearly the app isn't working.

This app is incredibly limited. It's too simple on options, which makes it hard to effectively use! There's no way to use gift cards or discounts, yet the app is the only way to earn Rewards (vs website/phone). Also, when you're ordering, it's not obvious that pushing just one button from the cart places the order. You might expect a second screen with more payment options or questions, so it's easy to accidentally place an incomplete order. It needs updated to the current environment.

The app requires you to keep it loaded with money, like a store credit, that automatically refills from your chosen account. It's an annoying extra step intended to cause customers to load in money for Blue to "hold" that doesn't require Blue to give the customer any product in return. I downloaded the app and was immediately charged 50$ to load the "Blue" account, then 34.15$ for my order, then 25$ to "refill" my Blue account - but all charged to my bank account. Highway Robbery.
