At first, everything was fine, then my card information was stolen. I had to get a new card, I couldn't find where to change my payment method. I contacted their customer service team and was informed they don't support changing your payment method, which is weird in my opinion and was told that I would have to purchase a more expensive plan in order to be able to record again. Not very helpful. Anyone who has a subscription should be able to go in and change it whenever. Wyze might be better.

Can be finicky. Right now it won't let me watch playback of my camera, it just keeps jumping to the current feed. It'll say there's no footage for periods of time when there is, and you have to close and reopen the app to see the playback. I also wish there were faster speeds to set playback to when you're watching it, x4 is not very fast when you're trying to watch video from several hours.
