The services have degraded a lot recently. Twice this week alone my scheduled cab was delayed by more than 30 mins. I schedule both these cabs hours ahead of the departure time. In the past the service used to be good. I recommend blu to my friends also. But not anymore. Please make me understand whats the point of booking my cab hours/days earlier if there are going to be delays.
