I will give 5 stars if there are options for collecting at the store.

Extremely disappointing experience and complete failure to honor their advertised customer policies. ​I ordered 4 pairs of pants online, but the sizing was incorrect. Since their official website explicitly advertises "Anytime Anywhere Exchange" and "Easy Return & Refund" under their brand promises, I went to the Redtag Fahaheel store expecting a simple size exchange. ​The store staff flatly refused to assist or process the exchange. When I called their phone customer service line for support.

REDTAG BAHRAIN I don't recommend it, I got this reply when ordering online! "Hi, these are discounted and discounted items are not available" which means that discounted items can not be ordered online, they just put them as a trap and waste your time! They don't say that items are not available or even they can do as Centerpoint or Max and put a few number of the items available online! I started to raise a complaint against them in MOIC! VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
