Excellent for preparing for classroom exams or your certification examination, Paramedic Review Plus™ provides high quality, application-based questions that closely resemble the style found on state and national certification exams. Experienced Paramedics may also choose to use Paramedic Review Plus™ to test their knowledge or to prepare for recertification or relicensure.
Paramedic Review Plus™ questions are based on the new EMS Education Standards and 2010 American Heart Association ECC Guidelines.
Paramedic Review Plus™ is designed to provide several learning options. You may take an entire practice exam at once or choose one of the nine 25-question topical review sections for targeted review. You receive instant feedback on each question with a rationale answer designed to increase your knowledge and understanding. Use the 25-question quizzes to prepare for classroom exams or for diagnostic feedback on areas for further study at the end of your class. Use the "Mastered" button to remove questions from the program so you will only focus on the material you need to study. Scores can be emailed directly from the application to share with instructors or study groups.
Paramedic Review Plus™ was founded by EMS textbook author and educator Dan Limmer. Limmer and a group of highly experienced national EMS educators created a product that not only tests your knowledge in key Paramedic course topics but also helps you to prepare for your national or state examination. Questions included in Paramedic Review Plus™ are application-based, “best answer” questions that test your understanding—not just your recall—and allow you to experience questions of the same type you will see on the exam.
Don’t take a chance. Pass the Test with Paramedic Review™.

"SleepAPPnea ®" monitors the patient's sleep through the night and records all the relevant sleep-related parameters.
The next morning the patient is asked a few questions and for his/her permission to send to the session data to his sleep therapist.
The therapist runs a Remote SAM (Sleep Advisory Monitor) on the data. This software that was especially developed by us allows the dentist / doctor to assess the severity of a possible breathing -related sleep disorder.
In addition the recording the beathing noises, "sleepAPPnea ®" can capture some of the following:
- Chest movement
- Body Position
- Oxygen saturation
- Compliance data (wear duration of an intraoral mandibular advancement device )
As a physician, you will find that "Remote SAM ®" is a very useful diagnostic tool. It will help you:
- Assess the need for additional diagnostic procedures (such as polygraphy ) better.
- Identify the adequate titration of an intraoral mandibular advancement device early.
- Document the success of your CPAP treatment ( follow-up ) without further diagnostic measures .

Med iLight consists of different programmed light sequences. Each light sequence is created to target a specific condition of concern. The sequences consist of different colors, or light frequencies, which affect different areas of the brain. For example, the color violet is a very calming frequency and affects the parasympathetic area of the autonomic nervous system.
Since each light sequence is designed for a specific condition, it is required to have a therapeutic professional prescribe the light sequence. Once the light sequence is prescribed, you will receive an access code to enter into your mobile device. This will allow you to start using Med iLight. Each light sequence lasts for 20 minutes, and you have a total of 20 sessions to use. Med iLight should be used in a dark room with your device on the brightest setting.
The white light sequence (Access Code : DEMO) is beneficial for those that have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Seasonal Affective Disorder, or seasonal depression, most commonly occurs during the winter. Some people experience depression symptoms such as oversleeping, little energy, difficulty concentrating, etc. White Light Therapy, which imitates sunlight, affects the brain chemicals linked to moods. Since SAD is a type of mood disorder this sequence helps ease the symptoms.

Download on Demand(R) is the proprietary compliance data component of Classic Sleepcare’s CPAP Circle of Care(R) program. Data is collected from wireless modems on every patient’s machine and fed to Classic’s data center where it is parsed into compliance reports that are used by Classic’s respiratory therapists when conducting compliance calls with patients. These compliance reports are also sent to each patient’s doctor after a compliance call.
