Original Review: I would previously laud this app when discussing banking apps and where to bank with others, however, over the past few weeks it has become literally unusable. I open the app, and it cannot go anywhere past a blue screen with the app icon in the centre. Nothing will load, not even the login screen, no matter how long I leave the app open and wait. Changed to 4 stars as the issue is resolved. 1 star deducted due to the length of time I experienced this issue. Otherwise good app

As of late the app has become absolutely useless. It just will not load at all. I sign in and it's just the loading screen for a few minutes before throwing an error. Really inconvenient when I need to know what money I have in my account. When it does rarely work though, it works well. It used to always work, I don't know what kind of update was pushed to break it entirely

BMO is by far the worst app I've ever seen and the bank isn't too far behind them. I pay for etransfers every month and have had multiple etransfers take 15-30 minutes. Then, when I call them (which is an entirely new set of jaw-dropping problems, it took me 5 minutes just to hear the "OPTION!" to talk to a person) they lie right to my face and say that sometimes they take that long. Maybe the first couple do, but, I've sent hundreds of etransfers out of this Acct. Get with it BMO, it's 2025!
