It's a good bank just need to catch up with the mobile side of things. I've been trying to sign into my account on the app but keeps deleting my password and just goes back to the same screen like nothing happened. Can still log in online but the app is bugged for some reason. Update: issue was fixed and works great. No other issues. Thank you BMO. You have been most helpful. The most helpful of any bank I've ever used. And I've used almost all of the major banks. Thanks again.

Notifications worked for awhile, then stopped working after an update. Then started working again, now stopped working. This has been going on for the past couple of years. The app has been deleted, reinstalled, push notifications turned on & off, checked notifications in settings with no change. This is an important feature and I am am out of options. Please address this. It is the only banking/credit card app that I have issues with this on.

It's 2022, and we bank through our phones. If BMO can't get that right, they've lost a customer. I'm literally switching banks because this app has zero functionality outside of viewing my account balance. I logged in today to request a new credit card only to find that this option doesn't exist (but the instructions on the website says it does). The credit card rewards site is completely disjointed from the mobile app, highly frustrating. Routine features are MONTHS behind competitors. Done
