I have been having issues logging in for the past 2 days. it states that my info doesn't match their records but I haven't changed anything. It doesn't even recognize my email and I've had the same email for YEARS. I'm really frustrated, especially since i have to waste my time to fix a problem that someone or something else has caused for me.

Limited on what you can and can't do, and there's no prompt that tells you you're gonna have to wait days for a check deposited through the app. When they were Bank of the West I only had to wait maybe 6 hours and ALL the funds were available. Which is why I'm going to be switching to another institution by the end of the month. GOOD RIDDANCE!!

Haven't had anything good happen yet. twice the work as other bank apps I've used and it's never correct with what my balance is when I check it. Big let down. called 5 times with the last call that was disconnected or whatever after 48 minutes holding. First call was disconnected after 45 minutes, second was 47 and I still haven't been able to activate my card. What a waste and I get to spend 5 hrs on the phone again tomorrow. Big disappointment.
