Needs update Since the app is required to connect my phone to the iDrive, it should be better. Lately the iDrive always says that the app is not compatible, it needs update every time I plug my phone although no updates available. Also, fix the Spotify integration as it doesn't show any menu for it unlike the apple version.
P*ss poor Doesn't work in any designed way. I can play Spotify on my phone abd get it out of the L7 HK super system however I have no function above pressing play on my phone. Zero interface. Where is the UX/UI bmw? This is dog poop quite frankly. Clearly you don't pay your coders and designers very much!
Whst a massiva letdown Being in the app-business myself I know what a chore it is to support many Android versions on multiple telephone platforms. But the support width of BMW for their Connected app must surely be an absolute industry low-point. Shame! Update:now have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S7. No BMW support for this either. One wonders what dolts BMW have employed for Android development. Guys. It's not that difficult. Make an effort! Fix this!
Never managed to make it work Far too complicated to set up. Can't actually see what it's meant to do anyway, so not encouraged to spend time trying to install and connect something I've never worked out a reason for.
Embarrassing for BMW This App doen't work with my Android phone. Looking into the BMlW forums, it seems that it only works with 1-2 Android phones. BMW support couldn't help and asked me to bring my car to a BMW garage...I am so frustrated.
Oh no, really, this is it? This is how BMW is coding? I sure hope the car is better than this. According to the compatibility list at BMW it does not work with a Samsung Galaxy - here in google play it is listed as compatible with all my devices but no, it is not. The ugly truth is - if you want to drive a BMW, better get yourself an iPhone or drive a different car.
