Ratings and reviews

The app blocked itself, telling me it needed updating right now before I can use it again - while I was abroad and on their data plan. So I needed to use data to update the app. Later, it told me that I need to change my password right now, or I cannot use the app, while I was outside and without any way to write down the new password. That is really bad design. Send me reminders for these things, but do not block an app from being used, while I'm traveling and depending on it!

I have made several attempts to resolve a technical issue with my purchased US phone number and recived absolutely no support other than empty promises and hollow apologies from an AI bot. I haven't been able to use the number I purchased, and my attempts are whittling away at the minuters I purchased, while my unusable phone plan is aging without me being able to use it. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work. It's been 1 week now, and still nothing from BNESIM.

Why do these apps ask you to scan a QR code when the code is on your phone so its is phsyically impossible? Then you contact the help desk and the dumbass on the other end doesnt understand it is phyically impossible. Activating an esim "so easily as soon as you step off the plane" is just BS....you need two devices.
