Learning Management System (LMS) is a digital platform with a variety of learning methods and content features with a self-learning concept for BNI Life employees called HELO (Happy Easy Learning Online). HELO has various features that accommodate employee learning, including but not limited to Training Programs, Certification Preparation, Coaching & Mentoring, Knowledge Sharing, e-library & Individual Development Plan. LMS is a combination of technology and learning methods in order to create a learning culture that is more interactive, flexible and efficient. With an LMS, employees can learn anytime and anywhere, so that a Learning Culture can be formed.
