Bought the access for the app a couple months ago when it was still called Pink Dragon and finally moved into a space where I have room to use it for workouts. I'm able to full screen the videos but the workouts are worthless if the videos lag and don't start unless I spam pause and start over and over! No point following along with the program timers if the videos don't even load right! And it's not my internet signal. I work out right next to my internet box and I've tried using my data.

Like many others during the pandemic, I signed up for a workout program. However I did not enjoy it. As time went by, one would forget they signed up for subscription so I went into the App & saw there was no active subscription so thought I was in the clear for any future charges. To my surprise, I got charged so I reached out. They told me I signed up via web so I can't manage my subscription on app. How hard is it for you to put disclaimer in the app? They also charged my expired cc somehow.

Lifetime Ultraburn member since 2021 when the app was called Pinkdragon, have done the program several times. The "Muscle Burn Out" video is broken and won't play on any day. Tried two devices, fresh install but having the same problem. All other videos work. Please fix this, and please add an in-app contact/support option.
