Well rounded and strategic Hits all the major muscle groups, includes cardio, abs and a variety of substitute exercises to fit your personal style. It all helps you follow a solid program while giving you the abilty to make some changes that ultimately help you own your workout. The only things I would like to see more of is the nutrition peice. Some additional food ideas and guidance on planning meals would really give this program everything you need.
