First thing, you have to be motivated to work. Alex Savva gives you what is necessary to hit your particular goal. Step by step for muscle gain or fat loss. It is just up to you to follow it. I am doing it and already seeing improvement in myself and life choices.
I gave it 5 stars because of the workout alone! Incredibly efficient and includes good variety. The option to input weights lifted and reps would be the only thing missing. Oh and maybe a tabata timer.
I'm on my 2nd week and I'm already seeing results. This is great for a hard gainer and anyone new to working out. If you're doing it and not seeing results then you're not trying hard enough. Follow ALL the instructions, not just the ones you want to, and you WILL see results quickly.
Bumped it down one star because when i try to reset the trainer, to do the workout again...it doesnt seem to have registered it the next time i open the app
Great program, inspiring instruction and the cost of free is significantly less than what a personal trainer would charge you for the same or less information. Much thanks Alex.
