I do wish I could input my 1RM and other details into the app, but I carry my workout log with me anyway. ❤ thanks for providing a free program! I didn't know what to do in the gym until I found this app! I'm getting great results, and I'm so glad I have a plan to follow everyday. Makes it much easier to navigate the gym!
It's easy to use and very motivating to check the days off as I complete them! I'm only on week two but feeling great! There are some workouts that I have to research some alt. because my gym doesn't have all of the equipment but workouts are still effective.
This program is totally kicking my butt and I love it. The app helps a lot too. I love that I can watch the videos of each exercise to make sure I do it correctly.
