If you stick to workouts and bring your best at least 90% of the time then you will see a great results..workouts are tough and lots of exercises are of advanced level, but you know what? If you want to see changes you have to push yourself out of comfort zone. This workout is exactly for it. Some routine makes me sore for 3 days but I won't quit!
Barbara-Ann Felix-Mallinson Awesome workout. I've always trained 5 days on and 2 days REST. Thought I could have done the same with this one but obviously not. (Very intense training). I was taken aback to follow Ashleys workout to the T. 2 days on one day off. Pain every time.but I believe I'm capable of anything. 🌸💋

Kicks my ass every time! And there's tons of new exercises I haven't used before or there are combinations I wouldn't have thought of.
Killer workout! Seriously killing me but loving it. Love the surprise of being able to lift that little bit heavier each week and actually being able to do it!
This is an awesome app and great workouts!! Although the restart button doesn't work but going in and swiping left to make workout incomplete works great!
