Just a very well designed program
Excellent program! I love the inspirational videos by Evan, (I could listen to that guy all day!)and the daily advice as you progress through the program. The food list is super convenient and the app even provides a video of proper form for each exercise. Aside from the app, the workouts are simplified but brutal. It's amazing as you start the program how much of an effect performing only 2 to 4 exercises at maximum weight can have on your body.
Killer I have been lifting for 4 years. I am so sore after the first week. Love it!
