The app has great videos giving explanations on diet, fitness, food prep etc. So its great for beginners. The downside is a) it doesnt have a counter to count down rests. b) there is no where to store notes or add your statistics. So you will need an additional app or weight diary to record the weights you use. c) it doesnt sync with my body building account. To get around these problems I logged in to my bodybuilding account on the web and added the program to my dashboard.
The only thing I don't like about the app is that you can enter in the weight you are using for each exercise. It should also push that weight to the next week so you don't forgot what weight you are using for that exercise. This way you can see how well you are progressing. This app has help me get in to the gym and start a great routine.
Unable to enter my actual weight. Maximum weight is 350 pounds. There should not be a limit. Should not use sliders because of this limitation.
Very helpful step by step instructions. Never worked out before and have always been intimidated by the idea of going to the gym. With this app, I have a much better idea of what I'm supposed to do and finally joined a gym.
The app is simple. Download the app and start using it. Go through the Nutrition, supplements, etc and then start it from Day 1. It's all there, push hard, every workout and focus on food intake. App is just there to provide morale boost and keep you on track.
So far so good. I would really love it if eventually these guys added on a section where you can record weights so that it was easier to track personal progress. Otherwise, I love it.
