I'm trying to add some mass now that I have leaned out from the 12 week plan I just finished. I'm in my 2nd week and I can already tell this is going to get the job done. I may not get Jay Cutler big but as long as the ladies keep noticing the gains, I'm ok w that.
More gains in 2 weeks of this than 2 months of anything else I've tried. The diet and workout plan flat out work!
