Almost 3 years after having my c6/c7 bolted together, and having been diagnosed with 6 other herniated discs, and many other service related injuries (i am 46 years old), I started this workout light. My spine actually feels better than it has in quite a while. My arms grew from 15.5 to 17. I drank 2 shakes a day, and three meals a day, no cardio. App works decently to see what's coming up. I am going to repeat this workout and see if I can't get my arms up to 18. I have enjoyed this workout.
Absolutely gutted. Installed the app with no problems. You need to create an account. Just impossible to do. You need a user name. Keeps telling me DUPLICATE USER NAME. Unable to create account. I have tried everything. From aaa to abc, with numbers and all sorts of different combinations. Still can't create an account. Even if you sign in with your Facebook account, you still need to create a user name. Just gave up and installed. Will try another app.
Workouts are nice, I enjoy that they change per week. Some workouts are long so I have had to split them up. Reason I give 4 not 5 stars is because app shuts down and doesn't always open on the first try.
I'm not even a beginner in training so I easily fall in a routine. This plan is very good. This is my second time using the training program. Definitely something to promote onto beginners trying to get stronger fast
I've been in the gym many years and know how to lift but I would Cath my self jumping around or staying on the same thing for to many weeks. With this it's great to stick with I'm in week two and everyone around me is asking what am I doing or man your looking bigger. I'm 270 with 18% body fat
Loved the workout. But, the app crashes every time I load it. Tried reinstalling it, same problem. I had to go back to the web to continue
