I really like the workouts so far. It is a good change from my normal routine. I am surprised there is only bench/triceps once a week though. Also it would be nice to be able to log your workouts as you are looking at them like the jefit app. Either way I trust in jim all the way and I'm going to keep tearing up his workouts. Overall I like the app.
Holy Moly!! This is a great app for a great routine breakout. I'm no professional, but I have been lifting seriously for the past year and a half and thought I was doing well. I'm just finishing week 1 and I have that awesome sore muscle feeling which I haven't felt for a long time. I love it because it tells me my muscles are getting shocked into growth. The videos are excellent and have already improved several of the moves I was already using. Jim is the man!
Absolutely love it! Great structure/advice and really easy to follow at any level. A little error I did notice was that week 2 has day 8 last in the list of exercises (day 9 first instead) this could cost you dearly when you realise the very next day in week 3 is also chest, triceps and calves workout!
Great app! The UI is great, I've never had any problems with it. The videos are very helpful, the calculator, the information about food, calories and fat are great! The only thing I think is missing is a way to save the weight we lifted on each exercise. With that it would be easier to keep track of our progress during the whole program.
I've just started using it and I found a annoying bug, on the last tab it show me my proper weight, 77kg, in the graph but at the top it says I'm 171kg... Also says I was 34kg on my first day before setting up anything
Kicking my ASS, only issue is there's a glitch and your day 8 is the last day of the second week rather than the first day so you have back to back chest day. Might want to fix that lol. AMAZING my weight increase has been 5 to ten pounds weekly
