Awesome for everyone If this workout seems to easy then you're not going hard enough... This is a really good workout for people in any shape. I'm only on week 2 and my definition all over my body is noticeably better... My husband can even see it!! I love it and will probably do it again in a few months as a booster!! And a little thing that helps me is keeping a workout journal so I know what I lifted each week.
Love it. Except, how can 3 egg whites have more protein (30 grams) than 3 whole eggs (19 grams)? The nutrition info is inconsistent. The only other annoyance is prompting to share your workout every. single. time. you mark a day as complete.
It's ok Would be better if I could save and edit profile, weight information. Doesn't save changes made or date/time. I do my workouts midday and receive supplement reminders well after my workout. Good thing I already know when to take the stuff.
Seems like a good app. I like to do my cardio separate but when I do weights I don't have a rest and just do supersets or tri sets with no break. This keeps my heart rate high and the only exceptions are dead lifts as I like to go really heavy. Doesn't weights already speed your metabolism up? Then I do anaerobic on my day off weights. Also steady pace cardio is still good for recovery and burning extra fat. Don't believe me, ask Coleman
He really knows what he's talking about and I can see a major difference in my weight-loss. Cardio acceleration is a completely genius idea because it gives me the strength to finish my reps.
Absolutely LOVE the program. I am a beginner and appreciate the instructional videos. I have already gotten 2 friends to download the app as well. Being able to share my progress on Facebook encourages me to carry on. I am near the end of week 2 and already feel my body's strength growing!
