This app does what you want, gives you great workout in an easy to follow way. Each workout has a video with it just in case you're not sure how to perform it . The videos are short, to the point and easy to understand. You can track workouts by marking them as complete so you always know where you left off. The only thing I wish this app would add is a way to track what weights were used in each workout. That way I could easily go back and check what weights I used last week and the week before without having to use a separate method. But all in all wonderful app, just what I wanted, 5 stars.
6 week shred is great, love each and every workout. Clothing is drenched in sweat everyday, awesome!! Only wish there were alternative exercises included, as I have issues with a shoulder injury that prevents me from completing let alone attempting a few of the exercises. I ended up just searching for them, but would have been nice to have easily accessible thru the app. Other than that this app is great.
Absolutely insane workout. Definitely would recommend another program for a first time lifter, but every week my strength, stamina and looks go up with shortcut to shred. It takes me about an hour and fifteen to hour and a half a day so be prepared to push really hard. My only complaint is that i have to keeo a diary separate of all my weights.
Just went through although transition in my life. Always wanted a reason to give SCTS a try -- finally jumped into it and love the combo of cardiovascular and lifting. HIGHLY recommend to mid-late twenty something people looking to get back into shape of undergrad. It brings you in slow and ramps up the intensity before you know it. Thanks, Jim!
I'll start off with what can be improved. Please add a function that would allow users to input the weight utilized for each workout next to each workout row and add charts that track those results at end of the program. Do this and it deserves 5 stars. Amazing program! I've gone from benching 95 pounds to 200 pounds and most other workouts have more than doubled in 5 weeks with a whole week of skipped workouts. My body fat has significantly reduced to the point where I can now see my abs and the abdominal V. The although I haven't followed the nutrition plan perfectly, the results are amazing and jym stoppani's supplement line is great! I highly recommend this program. Follow it the program, bust your ass off, follow the nutrition plan and the before and after pictures will shock you.
Great workouts, great app. I have been using it for 3 weeks with no issues. I went to open it this morning and it keeps asking me what my height and gender are. I fill it out and hit continue and a window comes up saying "you are.not aloud to take this action." I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Any help please.
