A week into it and those routines start making sense. At first it was somehow confusing for someone who's been training the old fashioned way for years yet as of the second week onward, results started kicking in!! Thumbs up
It helps to keep you on track, and it pushed me after I got tired of my old routine! Definitely recommend it
Love the workouts! The inability to enter data doesn't bother me, I already use a separate app to track my weights.
Only reason it doesn't have a full five is because you can't enter data for each workout on the app. It would be nice to have that capability, along with some simple progress indicators (i.e. line graphs, etc.).
This is a great app. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to track your weights in the app. This is minor as I can do it on the phone but would be great for the app.
Great workout esp. if gaining strength back from a long rest of competitive sport. This will help you regain strength and conditioning.
