So far so good. I like how my workout is already planned for me. No need to think about what to do next. Currently on week 3 right now and lost 11lbs so far with daily cardio. From 195 now at 184. Eating clean and leaning out real nice. I can only imagine the change by week 12. Goal is to get the 6 pack I had at 18 with the bulky lean look i had then. I'm 29 now and this app made me believe again. Awesome progress. Awesome app!! And Awesome trainer Kris ur the man!
And before you read I'm 4'10" and 100lbs. As a female I think we are taught that doing workouts like these are too difficult or too challenging or too masculine...I have completed the entire 12 weeks and never skipped a workout or skipped sets or reps, always doing the highest weight I can without hurting myself no matter how much time it takes. (Usually 2hr min.) I have seen AMAZING results and feel better than I did when I started. I've recommendef this program to several people. Oh and as for strength... I'm leg pressing 200lb, squatting 175 (still increasing), deadlifting 155-175 (incr.) Everything is so much heavier than when I started. Thank you for this program and this app!!! <3 and for people starting out, you'll get through it. Don't waste your life being lazy or telling yourself you can't.
Have been doing his workout for a few weeks. I am not following his diet but i already lost 16 pounds in less than 3 months, but i also taking imto consideration the mascle weight gain. RECOMMENDED 100%

Kris is a great motivator and he doesn't let you make excuses. His workout plan mixes it up to keep things interesting and the way the diet gets Incorporated gives way to great results.
Easy to follow, everything in one place, great app for transforming your physique. Would be good to have alternative meal options im struggling with the egg whites and oats!
