Demanding, but not tailored The workouts are tough, and it will certainly result in gains. I just wish it was flexible enough to program based on your strength/size. Example: leg day follows a rep scheme but gives no suggestions for weight to use based on your 1RM. just something to consider.

Out of all the workout routines I've tried this one by far is the best. Be ready to push yourself past the point of exhaustion and get some serious development. Just be warned you have to be committed or this routine will break you. It broke me twice before I was able to motivate myself to stick through it.

It keeps your muscles in check not getting used to the same thing if followed and eat appropriate you'll get better results it has worked for me this is my second program and people have noticed a change in my body
