The apps is great with deferent workout , the only thing is that from week 2 the reps are very high how can perform 18 , 25, 30 reps ? Should i lift very ligth weigth i order to perform those reps??? M nt to sure about that, And video smetimes takes longer to play... but the app is good
Best I've used. Followed kris to the letter ,diet,weight lifted,incresed if easy so you struggle to get reps out,weighed myself after first week put 2.5 kilos on, great Second week even tougher.
I was in love with this app and I've almost finished im on week 10! But today it doesn't work anymore in any of my devices when I try enter it says something like "Boolean error null reference with some codes" and now I can't go on with my training !! Pls help and restore it!
This is really a better and better gym app ever i used.. Everything is planned, limited for 12 weeks.. But plx reply me that what to do after 12 weeks...
Every video provides very good information. I don't know that body building involves many things until I saw this app. And this guy Kris gethin is a beast. Kudos!!!!
