Best I've used. Followed kris to the letter ,diet,weight lifted,incresed if easy so you struggle to get reps out,weighed myself after first week put 2.5 kilos on, great Second week even tougher.
Great program, keeps track of what you've done each and every week. Just started week two and I killed my legs today, can u say jello?
Would have been great 5 app if you could track the weight and reps like you can on the other bodyspace app. This one just says skip or complete workout. So basically I have to track with the other app. Would be better if you can do everything in one app.
The day after each workout I know exactly what I did the previous day...cause the muscles were sore and sensitive. Love it
Tough workout .. definitely challenging. Keep.pushing each set to failure and follow Kris instructions. Really enjoyed hardcore as well
