Best I've used. Followed kris to the letter ,diet,weight lifted,incresed if easy so you struggle to get reps out,weighed myself after first week put 2.5 kilos on, great Second week even tougher.
This is really a better and better gym app ever i used.. Everything is planned, limited for 12 weeks.. But plx reply me that what to do after 12 weeks...
Any workout with kris is hard and will push you to the brink, but results speak volumes. Cheers big man.
Great program, keeps track of what you've done each and every week. Just started week two and I killed my legs today, can u say jello?
Would have been great 5 app if you could track the weight and reps like you can on the other bodyspace app. This one just says skip or complete workout. So basically I have to track with the other app. Would be better if you can do everything in one app.
I use redmi note 3 and this app is not working on my device. Its displays 1st loading page and then crashes to home display of my device
