Solid workout, the app makes it easy to follow, and encourages heavy lifting given the short sets. The emphasis on nutrition that it makes is excellent as well. The only thing that would make this better is a meal tracker within the app. For now I just supplement it with MyPlate. A place for weight logs would be nice as well instead of carrying a notebook to the gym every day.
Seriously this workout is amazing. Lee labrada is a legend and that should be enough to follow this workout. But it's so beautifully balanced that I can feel changes in my body already. The exercises change each week to keep you interested and to prevent your muscles from falling into a routine. Diet nutrition everything is here. Just dedicate yourself and don't hold back.
It's basically a mobile version of the webpage. No tools or trackers available beyond "workout completed". A little effort would have gone a long way on this one. The actual work out program is great, but the app is average at best
I really like the way he explain each exercise and make sounds like hes having alot of fun and trying to share the fun with others. What i dont like is the simplicity of the exercises im in week 3 going for 4 and i feel like i need a tougher exercises coz im not even sore from hes exercises, i believe these exercises are for beginners rather than intermediate.
Great app but for some reason I'm unable to login. It keeps saying "you're not allowed to take this action". Not sure how to resolve this issue. Aside from that, NO other complaints
Makes you wanna look forward to working out. Have tried many programmes in the past. But ended in failure. Couldn't go more than 4 days. Lee Labrada is awesome!
