Solid workout, the app makes it easy to follow, and encourages heavy lifting given the short sets. The emphasis on nutrition that it makes is excellent as well. The only thing that would make this better is a meal tracker within the app. For now I just supplement it with MyPlate. A place for weight logs would be nice as well instead of carrying a notebook to the gym every day.
Seriously this workout is amazing. Lee labrada is a legend and that should be enough to follow this workout. But it's so beautifully balanced that I can feel changes in my body already. The exercises change each week to keep you interested and to prevent your muscles from falling into a routine. Diet nutrition everything is here. Just dedicate yourself and don't hold back.
I love this workout. I just finished 7 weeks and already lost 16lbs. This is a perfect workout for people who want to get lean and strong. Your strength increases every week. I just wish I could track the weights that I'm putting with every rep.
Makes you wanna look forward to working out. Have tried many programmes in the past. But ended in failure. Couldn't go more than 4 days. Lee Labrada is awesome!

Whats not to like about Lee Labrada? Dude's a genius bodybuilder who transformed a city to get in shape. I've spent about 3 weeks on this program and I am seeing great changes with my physique. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to transform their body
