Same info as on website. Not effective as a training app. Doesn't track sets, reps and lbs per exercise.
I love this app! I used to have my son helping me at the gym but having your son as your trainer doesn't do either of us any good. Lol This app gives me instruction that I can't argue with! Update! WTH? Subscription? Where did that come from? This should have been disclosed during the initial download. Thanks but no thanks!
Great quick and compact workouts. Great videos that explain all lifts and motions for beginning lifters. Eating plan helps, but not fool proof if you're new to nutrition. Would highly recommend for workout portion.
0 Stars. Cost more than my gym membership. Was good when I had access. A once off fee would be better than $12.99/month (AUD). What a flippin joke, shame on you.
Great app for beginners, been using it for about 2 weeks with a heavily reduced calorie diet along with proper supplements and I'm down 15 pounds, only thing that sucks is it Costs as much as a gym membership or you can buy it once screen cap all the work outs for every week and only pay once 😎
This app was fully free, for a long time. Now you want 11 dollars a month to access this, get real. I bet Labrada is choked you guys did this just like Cook and Gethin.
In this latest release, we updated the apps so they better connect to your web experience. Now, when you look at a workout plan on your phone, pad, or desktop computer, you will see the exact same thing. Also, when you track a plan via workout app, it will automatically sync with your All Access account on the web. As always, you're still getting the best fitness information and plans from the best trainers-you're just getting them with a facelift!
Bodyweight and fitness exercise. Workout to lose weight, gain muscles or get fit
