Good overall. Easy to follow and challenging work outs, however the nutrition side could've been more comprehensive. Decent explanations intermediate of breaking down the macros, etc., BUT the example meal for a 150lb person included no fruits... Really? I understand it's just an example but that's a pretty important food group. To a person who knows little in nutrition, that could be a huge mistake. If this gets updated I'd like to see a more well rounded example meal.
This is a really challenging workout. If you want to train like a athlete or to build an athletic body, this is perfect solution. You will not only increase your muscle mass but also the endurance and flexibility.

Good app Good app with lots of content, but it can be difficult to see the text sometimes. Grey on white isn't the best color scheme.
I love it, I have been doing this for a few weeks and I can feel that I am getting stronger. I haven't been able to do all the workouts because I don't have the equipment but I can see my energy levels have risen since I started, great app
This is a great workout plan for people who are used to training hard or are looking to push past the limits of everyday workout routines. The nutrition side could have been a little more explicit, but overall I really like this workout plan.
