Great workouts, but very repetitive Love the workouts and the app, but all of the weeks are the same...Seems odd to me that the exercises don't change at all. May as well just have 1 week of exercises and say repeat 12 times. Maybe I'm missing something, but I would like to see the workouts change a little bit over the course of 12 weeks.
Awesome! App & Workout is killer! Now there's just in thing missing, having the ability to work offline..(at least getting to check workouts offline)
I've been looking for a way to gain more size without the cost of a personal trainer. I've felt for a while like I've hit a plateau in more workouts, but doing these pushes more to greater heights and I love it. I also love the type of person Steve Cook is, I believe that was another reason that attracted me to wanting him as my personal trainer.
