Are the exercises supposed to be exactly the same every week for each muscle group? Or is something wrong with my version of the app?
Great app. Steve lays the foundation for you to work on a busy schedule. What I've done is use this as a loose guide to my runtime and I'm see I g gains in week one. Lift heavy, lift often.
Nice workout plan by Steve Cook. Really helped me. And the app is nice and simple too.
Working pretty good so far. Just started my 2nd week
It is the same routine repeated week after week.
Worked great but now locked me out all of a sudden and won't let me in. Needs to be fixed asap !
