Great workouts, but very repetitive Love the workouts and the app, but all of the weeks are the same...Seems odd to me that the exercises don't change at all. May as well just have 1 week of exercises and say repeat 12 times. Maybe I'm missing something, but I would like to see the workouts change a little bit over the course of 12 weeks.
Awesome! App & Workout is killer! Now there's just in thing missing, having the ability to work offline..(at least getting to check workouts offline)
This is a great workout...im 17 at the moment...and im doing quite well...it is n great challenge. I gained 3 kilos of pure muscle this week using ProteinFreak and SuperFreak. I recommend this to anyone whos up for a challenge.
A free workout app that gives you the it's and outs of every aspect of fitness! Dieting, techniques, workouts, and everything are well written about with a very easy to follow (maybe not to complete) daily workout plan.
Great app. Great workouts. I like that it gives you a food list and a meal plan. The workouts are killer but they don't change up at all so I just adjusted accordingly. Overall great app. Get swol!
So far so good So far I really like this workout. It keeps you moving and you really work up a good sweat.
