It really helps me work out! Less time wandering and wondering what I should do, and it lowers the mental barrier of going to the gym. I just wish you could customize rest days or get help if you are unable to maintain the schedule for a day or two
Great app. Steve lays the foundation for you to work on a busy schedule. What I've done is use this as a loose guide to my runtime and I'm see I g gains in week one. Lift heavy, lift often.
I suggest this to every one just starting out that I meet although this is also my 3rd time doing it. I love encorporating this in every 7 months or so to get a break through and to switch things up.
Are the exercises supposed to be exactly the same every week for each muscle group? Or is something wrong with my version of the app?
This program is awesome! I'm loving the intensity and variety of each workout. Steve's motivating and informational videos help me understand and push myself on every exercise.
The app itself is very well laid out and incredibly helpful. Has daily exercises with example videos if needed, meal plans, and much more. The workout is very effective if you stick to it and put out. Very pleased.
