Love this app. Really explains what you need to do, and how to do it. The workouts are hard enough, and I always leave the gym more then satisfied. The nutrition plan is simple and easy to follow. Could be a little more detailed on the nutrition plan, but it basically comes down to eating smart. Thanks Steve Cook!
It's good as far as explaining your daily workout in detail goes, offline. However, it's not a particularly good workout app itself. I recommend downloading the bodyspace app in addition to track your workout there (same plan can be found there, but poorly explained).
Logging in with facebook prevented me from being able to ad more user details - got error message saying email address was already used. This made the app useless as it wouldn't allow me to open past this glitch.
Fantastic! Easy to fit my schedule, intense but simple workouts and nutrition is really straight forward. My first week I lost 1/2 inch off my waist and 3 pounds! Wasn't even going into this for weight loss but apparently it's what my body really needed ✌🏻💖✌🏻💖
I have never felt so good about myself before in my life. This workout plan has what most workouts don't which is ab workouts. Effective ab workouts. I'd recommend this app to anyone who wants to get into fitness. 💪💪💪
Really helped me to try new exercises I never even thought of. Must use with BodySpace to track progress. Seriously though, 45 min workout is ludicrous, more like 1hr 15min.
