It's good as far as explaining your daily workout in detail goes, offline. However, it's not a particularly good workout app itself. I recommend downloading the bodyspace app in addition to track your workout there (same plan can be found there, but poorly explained).
Logging in with facebook prevented me from being able to ad more user details - got error message saying email address was already used. This made the app useless as it wouldn't allow me to open past this glitch.
Fantastic! Easy to fit my schedule, intense but simple workouts and nutrition is really straight forward. My first week I lost 1/2 inch off my waist and 3 pounds! Wasn't even going into this for weight loss but apparently it's what my body really needed ✌🏻💖✌🏻💖
Body is changing after week 1 and I feel fantastic! I'm following his meal plans and workouts exactly. I'm so glad I found this program!
I noticed a change after the first week. Great workout program cant wait to see my results after fully completing it
Only withdraw is it doesnt track weight and volume so you end up having to use bodyspace in conjunction with it.
