Works for me! Good app..had to adjust some of the exercises for the exercises for my gym equipment. Also can't do some of the exercises yet..but can't blame him cause I'm unhealthy! I would like to see a section that when you tap on the exercise..you could enter a quick reference of what weight you use on each machine. And perhaps it could be then tracked so you could see your strength progression along with weight lose etc. Overall it has me going back to the gym. Thanks
I like it. Diet easy to follow and prepare. It could have more detail on cutting down in phases with some suggestions. I also worry that it highlights you take your pre workout shake but this is not included in the meal plan. Other than that i enjoy the diet and have rarely craved and the workouts are very demanding but enjoyable.
The program works for me, I have to change it up some due to equipment options and previous injuries. It would be great to record my weights used add I go along so I can track my progress vice just guess what I think I can do.
The app is great!! There is only 3 things I'd change, the nutrition plan is a good start. But it isn't very in depth and it gives just examples. Then the supplements are good but the ones it recommends are very costly. The workouts themselves are amazing though!!
Great lifting exercises. I gave it 3 stars because a lot of exercises like scissors jump and thinks like that are physically things that I can not do yet. I would have liked to see other options more do able for someone new to this
Solid app, fairly varied workouts Is a little iffy with signing you out if you aren't able to connect to the Internet, also doesn't seem to store workout info locally so a connection is required
