Review full-body photos from the front, side, and back, then start a seven-minute routine for an area you want to move today.
Review photo guide lines
• A body outline and phone-level guide help with capture.
• The app zooms and rotates the person in the photo to find landmarks.
• Check shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle lines; adjust misplaced points and recheck.
• Recent photos and edits stay on your device, ready to reopen.
Understand what is visible
Review apparent head, shoulder, and pelvic alignment and side-to-side differences in the photos. A leg-length ratio is a projection in the image, not a measurement of actual leg length. Camera angle, clothing, and occlusion can change the observations.
Move for seven minutes
Use step timers with pause and resume. The neck routine includes an offline Korean-captioned visual example. Other areas offer external reference demonstrations, which may differ from the app's timed routine. Before exercise, check for pain, numbness, dizziness, or recent injury. The app directs you to professional advice when you report warning signs.
Keep a habit
See daily completion, weekly active days, reminders, and a home-screen widget. There are no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or accounts. Photos are not sent to a server.
