These suggestions are the most commonly used stretches prescribed by therapists and doctors every day. Simply login to the app, select the spot on your body giving you pain, use your finger to press and activate the heat sensing tool, then determine the pain level you are experiencing. You will get a list of exercises with videos to correctly and safely resolve your problem. This app only shows suggestions, and should not replace proper medical care.
