I haven't been using this app for long, but it does seem - to me, as a beginner - like a decent guide for beginners. Their is a guide to follow for your daily exercises or stretches, and the app has basic gifs to show you how to do the exercises, if, like me, you've never really worked out before. One thing I think I'd fix is that some of the gifs, I feel like, don't adequately show you how to do the whole exercise because it just kind of 'snaps' back to the first frame of the gif. Great app!

Fantastic app! It badly needs updated however. Some links are dead or outdated. There is absolutly no explanation in-app on how to do the exercises shown, relying entirely on the short gifs provided. The mobility and stretching programs have a link to a github page explaining each exercise. The Recommended Routine is the main feature of this app, but also the one suffering from lack of updates. The RR is nearly completely different now, Meaning if I wanted to follow theRR, this app isn't useful.

Love the app, takes you through the whole shebang of calisthenics. Let's you choose which part of the progression you're on which is extra helpful for beginners and intermediates. Also accounts for rest between sets. It basically holds your hand through the whole thing to be honest.
