Great fitness app! Here are 2 small things that that I would like to see changed to give it 5 stars: 1) Give some indication that workout is complete. First time through I wasn't sure how to end after I completed the final set. (Apparently you just hit the Back button...?) 2) Allow importing logs. When I purchased and downloaded the pro version, it didn't automatically import my exercise logs over from the free version. And I couldn't find a way to do so manually. Otherwise, excellent job! Very clear instructions and good layout. Thank you!
Amazing app for the recommended routine. I'm very happy to upgrade to the pro version to support the developer. I do have two changes that I wish could be implemented so that I don't have to do any thinking when using the app (the whole reason I downloaded this). 1. take away the rest times in the Bodyline Drills. The RR says that one should move straight into the drills with as little rest as possible. It might also be good to have it written at the top (rest not required between drills). 2. I wish there was an option to change the top color to black and white. I feel like this green? (sorry, I"m red-green color blind) makes it hard to see the numbers CLEARLY, though it's not a deal breaker. Thank you. Looking forward to updates!
Great buy! The 3 programs they have are very manageable and help you towards a truely desirable level of health and fitness. I've been using it for only a short time and I feel holistically very well. Mobility, strength, and flexibility. Very functional. Love it.

This app was made for bodyweight training and it fulfills that purpose very well. The addition of short videos demonstrating the suggested workouts is a very helpful feature.
Excellent app to track your progress on the Reddit /r/bodyweightfitness recommended routine.
- Fixed URLs for Molding Mobility and Starting Stretching.
- Uses check icon (instead of a pencil icon) for logging reps/sets/time.
- Splits side planks into two exercises for easier logging.
- Bug Fixes.
- Your preferred exercise/level/progression will be reset to default exercise for each section. This is due to changing how progressions are saved on the phone. Sorry for this.
