Great routine overall, many issues and equipment questions are addressed in the subreddit FAQs and threads. Finally decided to switch to the phone app instead of the good old pen and paper. Perhaps add an option for adding and subtracting sets so side plank (where there left/right hand) of workouts don't need 2 entries? Just an organizational pet peeve.
This app takes all the difficulty out of getting started. Took me a little bit to get used to the interface. For the first week I didn't even realize there was a drop down menu to switch between RR, SS and MM. Overall great great great app!
Started using the free version about 6 months ago and I loved it. Decided to purchase it to show my support. This only works if you do it consistently and consider it part of your everyday lifestyle. For me I don't eat the healthiest so my results weren't so fast but my gains in strength were very noticeable within 2 weeks. Stick with it, make time for it, and if you can't do all the reps and sets, do what you can,rest and try again next time!
Great app. Would just love the ability to delete work outs done. There have been a few times I started one by accident or just wanted to look at the exercises without actually doing the work out. Thanks a lot!
5 stars because the workout in conjunction with the tips from Reddit has enabled my to address form issues I didn't know I had. My only complaint is that I'd like to be able to import my workout log from the free version into pro, but the apps function identically so it's not a big deal.
Title is a little misleading I downloaded this thinking it would be a bodyweight only type routine program but many of even the beginner exercises require special resistance bands, pull up bar or even a dip bar? Glad it wasn't too expensive. Looking for a better app now.
