Please Beware!!! I had made reliable money with this app for a couple of years. It was awesome. About a year ago, payouts became unreliable, so I stopped for a bit. In April I decided to give them another shot. So much for being loyal, I cashed out twice for a total of $54.44, never received either payment. I have emailed numerous times with no response. From what it looks like, their support email is not even active anymore. It keeps getting redirected and comes back as a different address.

I never used to have any trouble with this app the earnings went quickly for the most part. I could rack up a few dollars in there pretty easily. This was my go to app all the time period I was dedicated to it. But now all of a sudden, all the best features are gone and also the PayPal instant payout no longer works all of a sudden. i was thinking maybe something changed?And now it takes a day or 2 to receive the cash out but apparently not.This is the 3rd time I have put in hours and not paid

I have used this App for years and unfortunately it is declining in all areas...yes it's true that not all the offers actually credit you when you play and make your milestones...so bunch of time wasted there...that's always been an issue .what is not acceptable is that the payouts used to be credited within 24 hours...going on a week! Customer service says they will respond within 3 business days...that is incredibly bad! If you are reading this play FREEPLAY..way better
