Avoid I bought this app because it had a nice simple clean interface and no adds. But have to say it is a very poor application. It will crash every time I reopen it. Yes every single time. Also the train tracker is useless, if u leave the app and then go back it will update and fail to locate the train anymore. Even though the national rail app locates it. Plus there is no way of searching for it again. Stick to the free national rail app it may have ads and have a messy interface but it actually works....
Is this broken? I opened the app and entered my home and work train stations. I cannot see any journey itinery anywhere and I'm also not able to change the stations. Yay. Uninstall.
Poor Not the same as Apple IOS version
Handy app Works well for me.
Great idea but not worth £2.99 Doesn't really do anything I couldn't do myself for free using National Rail's Live Departures and text messaging. It's not obvious what the seat icon does but, if you've set up an SMS contact, it texts them your ETA every time you touch it and on Android you don't get to see / edit the message before its sent. In fact, unless you happen to see the confirmation flash up, you won't even realise what's happened and may click the button again, causing you to unwittingly 'spam' your contact with messages. Once on the train, you can track your progress in real time (again, can be done on National Rail) but this isn't shared with your contact. If you encounter a delay, you have to hit the seat icon again to send them an updated ETA. Twitter feature useful but, once more, nothing you can't find for yourself! Could be improved by: - Clarifying function of seat button - Ability to see / edit SMS on Android before sending - Option to automatically update contact if delayed - Option to pre-programme message to send at specific point on your journey Developer responded quickly but basically said its my problem because I'm using Android!
Waste of money Always FC (min twice a day) and no flexibility with route or capacity to include London Underground. Developer doesn't care. AVOID.
