Update failed, reinstall instead Uninstall then installed new version fixed the problem. Web apps only, no other app is shared. I will be testing screenshot feature to see if that is viable workaround.
Useful for some, limited for now While the app works for connection and appears to be stable (no unexpected crashes), it seems limited in scope. Functions such as file sharing are useful for some, but as there is no remote ability to select anything on the screen, not sure how useful this is for supporting smartphones for technology challenged clients who require hand-holding. The technology seems promising, but still leaves lots of room for improvement. Hoping that future enhancements will have enhanced functionality.

Lmited but reliable Android restricts the features of this app, but within those limits, the app is stable and secure.
Can't start session. The "allow" link does not react to taps.
What I have, works. Not your fault, rating is based on present usefulness... If I had screen sharing too (and on iPhone/Pad), it'd be the most awesomest app I use! That'd get 5 stars... my customers can't be expected to all root phones. Is that the only issue? Use it for BlackBerry support... awesome!
