Have had several incidents where I just couldn't log on. The fingerprint recognition usually stops working again shortly after it's fixed. There's apparently no way to reset the password via the app; if there's supposed to be, it isn't showing up on my version. I just got locked out again last week (password AND fingerprint). A long phone session with someone at Bond fixed it, but the password they provided stopped working again two days later. I have Oxygen 10.0.1 on a OnePlus 5T.

Not working on my new phone. My old LG died, so I got a Samsung Galaxy S22+; the only app that will not work at all is this one. I have redownloaded, reinstalled, given it every permission I can find, and called for help, but it still will not load. I no longer live locally, and depend on the mobile app. Very soon I will have to change to a credit union with a local office if I can't get this working. That makes me sad; I love BOND!

EDIT. App had been updated mid march, wouldn'twork with androids. It has been fixed. THANK YOU! 04.11.2022 APP SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING AS OF LAST UPDATE 03.17.2022. I don't think I could be the only one who has been affected. Please fix or revert to previous version. Did not realize this was an option until a few days ago. This will save me a good bit of time.
