So much potential, yet fails miserably. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews. Bonjoro's still struggling with the same upload issues they had back in 2022. Don't trust this app to deliver when it comes to developing a one-on-one dialogue with a prospect. It fails at the most crucial point--when your prospect has asked a question needing more than a 30-sec reply. Fails Every... Single... Time. Support said the app is built by a 3rd party, so they have trouble getting things fixed. Look elsewhere.

UPDATE March 2022: Downgrading to one star, the upload keeps failing :-( The idea is great, but the App could use some work. The frequent problem that I run into is after I record a Bonjoro video on phone, sometimes I find it days later that it failed to upload. and when i try to upload it again it just keeps failing repeatedly. I have to delete and rerecord and watch the upload queue to make sure that it got uploaded. The idea is great. i find myself recording most bonjoros from my PC.

Would love to use this app, but it simply does not work. Crashes either before taking a video, or trying to send one. Support has reached out and said they would look into the issue, but I had never heard back.
