UPDATE March 2022: Downgrading to one star, the upload keeps failing :-( The idea is great, but the App could use some work. The frequent problem that I run into is after I record a Bonjoro video on phone, sometimes I find it days later that it failed to upload. and when i try to upload it again it just keeps failing repeatedly. I have to delete and rerecord and watch the upload queue to make sure that it got uploaded. The idea is great. i find myself recording most bonjoros from my PC.

OBSESSED with this app. So simple to use and has made selling FAR more personalised and way easier. I love how it has also enabled me to add a really human element to some otherwise low-touch or automated aspects of my business which makes me (and my customers!) happy :) Literally one of the best apps I use in my business. Awesome tech but so much scrolling... When trying to read customer responses, every time I hit back I am jump to the top of the list. Also wish I could filter customers by what they purchased. Sometimes we get so many of one kind that other sign-ups get completely buried. But it is a really fast and personal way to make people feel very special, such cool technology!
