It's really complicated, not user friendly for mobile at all. Love love love the actual website though.
Needed to export a list of client emergency contacts to resolve a liability issue, contacted support and was informed that the only work around was to go in and copy paste each clients emergency contact information individually. We have more than 20k clients uploaded into the software rendering this suggestion impractical, but was offered no other resolution for the issue. Service experiences fairly frequent down time (approximately once a month during regular business hours), but this seems to be par for the course for browser based booking software. "Smart Marketing" features are useful and easy to use, but hard to customize. The user interface itself is fairly intuitive and undergoing constant improvement with new features being added frequently. It can be a little glitchy, but again just at par for the browser based CRM course. Would give a middle of the road rating if control of my data weren't so important to my business, but between the lack of control and the lack of helpful support (in addition to lengthy hold times and typically flakey support reps), I've gotta rate as low as Google will let me and recommend you keep your data safe and out of Booker's hands. It's your data. I recommend finding a service that will let you access it freely.
It's great for when I run into guests who wants to make an appointment while out of the office.
