The new update does not seem to have an option for employees to view their clients payment. So now I cannot add up what my check should be each week to make sure I get paid correctly. Not happy with that bit at all. If their is an option for it, it seems to be very well hidden.
Ever since there was the alert that there is an update today, I haven't been able to connect to my account. I hit dismiss first and nothing, then I hit download to update the app. Now after entering my password, it still won't load, it's just stuck on the Loading page on both my android phone and my tablet. I hope you fix this asap.
I absolutely rate this as the WORST booking system and app I have ever used!! It never runs smoothly, it has messed up my appointments so many times by not blocking out the right times and logs me out continuously and then won't let me log in. It's been so frustrating!!! I would HIGHLY recommend VAGARO, I never had one single problem with it.
The update is not working. Now I can't even open the application. So who knows which client I have next. It's unreal. An application that holds your entire work schedule and point of sales... Wish the company could keep the application running. Would be a wonderful tool if it worked 95% of the time.
Been very disappointed in this app and software. As the IT administrator I have had issues after issue with this! Looking at other options to replace this software!
Every time you try to login with an updated app it never works also don't like to be logged off every 90 minutes
