Not really convenient to use on smartphone for me. It is pretty difficult to see schedule of all costumers at once.
I like the app because I can access things like appointments and purchases away from the pc. However, I am still trying to figure a way to import chart information but not really sure if the security is only for credit card purchases only (and not HIPPA compliant levels of security). A booker rep did tell me I could upload charting info into the progress notes area. I am not comfortable doing this until Booker can assure me the site security is HIPPA compliant.
Browser is better. This app does not allow me to log into my other accounts, just one. It appears my employer knows this and recommends the browser as I'm able to see all the accounts. App becomes useless with that being said.
As of recently, booker get stuck on the loading screen. Needs to be fixed because I use this for my work.
It's really complicated, not user friendly for mobile at all. Love love love the actual website though.
Just wish you could be notified when the client checks in so when you are in a service, you don't have to walk away and open app to view if someone has arrived. Loving everything else.
