This is the worst app ever. I've been dealing with this for years now. I can't donate any more of my time to do a full review. There are so many things wrong with this thing. Seriously, get some help with this thing. Talk to the people at Square. See what they are doing. Never had these problems with any other apps.
Since the last update it stops working at the most inconvenient of times (which has been a problem for a while.) And now it keeps asking me to input my log in information after I ask it to remember me. What's the point of that feature?
It's much easier to use than before February 2017. Thank you for the updates because it's easier to use. For those of us who like our calendars to run Monday through Saturday, can you change the calendar? I am not happy that in order to use Saturday, I can only get the calendar to run from Monday to Saturday.I don't work Sundays so it would be nice if the schedule was accommodating me from Monday to Saturday.Thank you.
This app is ok but I wish we didn't have to log in everytime...don't understand why it's still not fixed so when we open app it goes straight to today instead of logging in and seeing sunday.
Not terrible, by no means great. Crashes constantly. Functional at best.
I have been using booker for 7 yrs now. They regularly make updates to continue to improve their service. They do an exceptional job. And have great customer service. Thank you so much! RHA

- Users with appropriate permissions can contact customers directly from an appointment, using the device's built-in email, text messaging, and phone applications.
- Other bug fixes and general improvements.
