Booking ini aneh, masukin hotel tapi hotel nya gx ada, apa gx ngecek ya... namanya north metro hotel di metro bandar lampung, sya ke lokasi tapi gx ada... mna udah jauh2... di telpon di blokir sma hotel nya, ke lokasi sesuai titik tapi gx ada... gmn booking ini, kapok kapok....

Aplikasi yang sangat tidak layak di download, jangan pernah pernah sekali kali menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk pemesanan hotel yg sangat tidak flexible utk refund / cancel, dana saya hangus 100% dalam waktu 5 menit

Aplikasi pemesanan yang sangat buruk. Tidak bertanggung jawab atas kesalahannya. Pembayaran diawal, tp ketika ada kesalahan, uang tidak direfund. Baru aja kejadian, Saya pesan lewat app ini, tp dia tidak konfirmasi ke pihak hotelnya, jadinya saya ketika datang ke hotel gak dapet no reservasi dan gk dpet kamar, padahal uang sudah diambil sma app ini, jadinya harus nyari hotel lain lagi sndiri.. Sangat buruk pelayanannya. Jngn didownload. Penipuan.
