Notes et avis

Désastreux. J'ai réservé une chambre dans un hôtel à la Réunion. Quelques jours avant de partir, je constate que la chambre est proposée moins cher sur le site de l'hôtel en raison de travaux. Je contacte plusieurs fois Booking pour demander l'alignement de tarif. La réponse est attendue pendant des jours, on me demande des justificatifs, que je fournis (capture d'écran), et Booking finit par refuser l'alignement sur un prétexte fallacieux sur le nom de la chambre. Le service client raccroche...

Très pratique pour les hôtels je recommande. Mais en ce qui concerne les attractions je recommande d'acheter les billets en direct, c'est bien moins Cher surtout en négociant un peu. En ce qui concerne les vols je suis très déçu, je n'arrive jamais à payer mes billets d'avion en passant par Booking. J'ai l'ai déjà fait savoir mais visiblement ça ne changera pas.

Génial, même si les prix sont parfois un peu plus élevés que sur les sites des hôtels directement. Cependant, il serait bien d'ajouter une option "multi destination", un peu comme sur Airbnb. C'est à dire que lorsque on voyage dans un pays mais différentes villes et donc différents hôtels, on a pas besoin de chercher à chaque et re insérer des dates.
