Ich kann keine Buchung verwalten und stornieren. Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und 2 storniert, da das Hotel eine einzige Baustelle war. Gezahlt habe ich über Booking. Dem Hotel ist es egal wie ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Werde nicht mehr über Booking zahlen. Die App funktioniert nicht. Ich kann die Buchung nicht stornieren oder ändern.

bislang immer sehr hilfreich. hatten Buchungen in der ganzen Welt gehabt. leider seit der letzten Aktualisierung ein Reinfall. alle favorisierte Unterkünfte werden in der Favoritenliste als ausgebucht angezeigt, obwohl in der Suche deutlich sichtbar ist, dass alle verfügbar sind, zu den ausgewählten Daten. dadurch ist eine Buchung seit einigen Tagen nicht mehr möglich. ich hoffe das der Fehler schnell behoben wird. ansonsten müssen wir auf andere Plattformen ausweichen.

Positiv: Immer zuverlässig, viele Angebote an Hotels & Häuser etc. und die Suche dafür ist super & unkompliziert. Es gibt vielfältige Filter, was ich sehr gut finde. Negativ: man manchmal mehrmals suchen und irgendwie gab es einmal keine Angebote und dann wieder viele. Schade auch, dass man hier niemand persönlich etwas fragen kann in einem Chat z.B., denn bei den normalen fragen, dauert es meist sehr lang. Wenn man erneut sucht, muss man alle Filter wieder eingeben.
