Valoraciones y reseñas

Es una aplicación que me ha gustado siempre, además soy clienta habitual. Pero llevo meses teniendo el problema de que no me aparece el contenido de la app. Es decir, el fonde del texto de la app está en oscuro (azul/negro) y las letras también por lo que visualmente no puedo seleccionar filtros cuando quiero personalizar mi búsqueda, no puedo configurar mi cuenta, etc.

La app no funciona bien. No me deja elegir habitación. No sólo me pasa a mí. Le esta pasando a mi pareja y a mas gente. Al final vamos a la web, que funciona bien. A ver si corrigen ese bug. Por otra parte, he mostrado descubierto que por mucho genius 3 que seas, a veces hay mejores ofertas sin loguearte. Aparte de varios problemas que he tenido y no se han solucionado satisfactoriamente. Se lavan las manos bastante.

Muy mal. Tengo problemas con la cuenta de Booking, envié un mensaje y no contestan. Me han quitado dinero de mi monedero. Sólo hay servicio al cliente si es por una reserva... Y lo dudo. El correo electrónico de la app esta desactivado, es decir, no vale para nada. Siempre te dan largas y no hacen nada con los problemas de los clientes. Llevo años con Booking y borraré la cuenta.
