Es un servicio que solo está para quedarse con la comisión. Lo utilizaba frecuentemente, pero he dejado de usarlo, porque frente a problemas no te resuelven nada. En una ocasión, me equivoqué en una fecha de un hotel en Sicilia, quise cancelarlo con más de un mes y aún así me cobraron, sin molestarse en dar una solución. En este caso es verdad que el error fue mío. Hace poco reserve un hotel con meses de antelación, de forma unilateral me cancelaron la reserva, sin explicación y sin alternativa

Hace 2 meses hice una reserva para un hotel a través de Booking. Cuál es mi sorpresa que a 3 días de mi estancia, hoy me anulan esa reserva, con una excusa que no es cierta, porque se ha podido comprobar y sin darme ninguna solución, ni Booking, ni el hotel. Dicen que una vez cancelada lo único que puedo hacer es volver a hacer otra reserva. He usado mucho Booking pero ya me he dado cuenta que si tienes un problema no te lo gestionan, pierden un usuario.

La política de precios de esta aplicación es lamentable, he sido cliente durante años y es un canteo, si buscas una fecha en la aplicación, cuando vuelves a buscar la misma fecha curiosamente los precios de los hoteles que habías mirado pueden subir hasta casi un 100% más del precio que viste originalmente, si buscas en google el precio del hotel no ha cambiado, pero accediendo con tu cuenta y tu plan "genius" te sale más caro de lo que le sale a alguien que recién abre su cuenta. Cierro cuenta
