Servizio clienti pessimo!!!!! Meriterebbero - 100..Come partner da tempo,ho tentato più volte di richiedere informazioni su alcuni problemi riscontrati sull'account del mio profilo, sia telefonicamente, sia xmail e in entrambi i casi nn ho conluso NULLA!! call center che ti mette in attesa xmezz'ora e poi qnd inizi a descrivere il problema, mettono giù.. altri operatori che dicono che verrò ricontattata a breve e poi nn richiamano.. Mail che nn arrivano al destinatario!VERGOGNOSI!!!!!!!!!!

Ultimamente le prenotazioni lasciano un po' a desiderare e sono costretto ad abbassare la valutazione. La penultima esperienza traumatica. L'app mi ha consentito di effettuare una prenotazione con un numero errato di persone togliendomi due ospiti e alla fine ci ho rimesso 80 euro e ho dovuto effettuare una prenotazione presso un altro albergo. Spesso conviene solo guardare da qui la struttura ma poi contattare privatamente il proprietario dell'Hotel...riesci a risparmiare sicuramente qualcosa.

Il processo di prenotazione è facile e veloce, però dopo aver prenotato una marea di strutture più voli, mi sento preso in giro dal Genius. Dicono che hai diritto a sconti, invece non è vero. I miei amici senza avere Genius pagano la stessa cifra. Vi do una stella per la presa in giro!
