ワンストップで色々予約できるので便利。ただしホテル以外のツアー等は口コミの投稿がなく競合による自浄作用が働いていない印象で、話が違うなと思うことも多い。予約が最後まで完了できずにクレカでハネられて結局ホテルやエア等に直接アクセス、あるいは連絡して取るしかないこともあったりするので時間がないときや間際に予約する場合には、トラブる事も想定して別の手段を取る時間を確保した上で使うほうが良いと思う。

料金の変動が激しすぎる 追記 カスタマーサービスに予約のキャンセルの特殊な依頼を宿泊する日の三日前にしたが、返答がなく当日のチェック・インの時間帯になってしまった。どういう、仕事をしているのか、全く理解できない。この場合誰が、キャンセル料金を払うのでしょうか、一方を入れてほしかった。そのせいで3泊分を追加で払いました。ブッキングコムで迅速な対応はありえません。だって返信だってすべて英語だから。これから会う旅人にもブッキングコムは絶対使わないほうがいい、もしもの時に野宿しなきゃいけないからと紹介するつもりです。仲介業者の役割を全く果たせていないことに、憤りを感じる。アゴダの方を使うのをオススメします。 追記 カスタマーのメッセージをブッキングコムに消されました。何も応答なしのまま

決済システムを変えていただきたい。 クレジット決済を行うにあたってカードに登録している電話番号にPINコードが送られる仕組みになっているが、海外旅行の際は元の電話番号が使えない（現地SIMしか使えない）ので決済ができない。
