Piada disfarçada de app. É simplesmente impossível de se fazer login no app ou no site, no app porque gera erro de "muitas tentativas de acesso" e no site pelo desktop é impossível, pois, requer uma chave de acesso ou senha, e nem cheguei a cadastrar uma senha porque não consigo acesso. Pra fazer uma reserva e registrar seu cartão de crédito é muito simples e rápido! Mas para execução do serviço, o Booking como um todo, é horrível.

O suporte ao cliente é um lixo. Se um dia precisar não conte com ele. Tive uma experiência horrível com o uso deste aplicativo. Um hospedagem já paga foi cancelada pelo anfitrião frustrando meus planos de viagem. Não consegui completar uma ligação sequer, e jamais recebi resposta dos e-mails que enviei.

maior parte da informação não consigo visualizar. vê-se tudo negro mesmo com a opção de ecrã claro. péssima experiência de utilização. Situação que ocorre há imenso tempo e sem alterações com as atualizações que teem sido instaladas.
