DELETE!!!! DELETE!!! DELETE!!! Don't be mislead by the reviews. While they say they need a cc to hold the room and will not charge it. They immediately charge it. Then 5 emails and 3 calls with 4 screenahots later, of which customer service will not call you back, help or even let you talk to a manager you delete the app. Don't forget the hidden fees. My $70 room was $150. I can only assume they are buying reviews Heres the challenge of the day and try and get a manager. Good luck
DELETE IT! USE AGODA INSTEAD!! They use the price trick to get us trapped with the cheaper price. They are not doing business sincerely. They write excluded tax and fee very small in light grey colour. Then never do they mention about the tax charge again. Not even in the last price before confirming your booking or in E-Mail confirmation. Only need to check your bank account transaction to notice that they charge more than the price. After the tax, price is only a bit higher but they lose our trust and loyalty. It is your responsibilities to find attractiveness, core value or business strength to appeal customers, not the price trick. GOODBYE FOREVER BOOKING!
The burden of searching, booking and confirming hotel reservations is eliminated almost completely! And the number of properties (in Japan, at least) that doesn't require a credit card to confirm reservations is quite sizable, making it that much easier! The interface is also very easy to master. The immediate and fuss-free cancellation policy, it's option to print confirmation print-outs in local language and extensivd user review made planning and modifying my trip so easy!
I am very annoyed I see all cancelled and active bookings on same page in "my bookings" in the new version. Too confusing when I check my 20 booking for an extended touring holiday.. I only wish to see active bookings. I LIKE to have different page for cancelled bookings. Much prefer older version.. please fix
Cheaters, they ask for card number for booking saying they won't charge, but they deducted 25% from the card , i don't know how my bank gave them authority to do that without my filling all details. They should be sued. I dear if they will refund if i cancel or adjust this amount when i go to the hotel or even whether their booking is authentic. Hate them
I travel alot and use booking all the time. Its great to be able to have prices in CAD funds, usually the best rate and the cancelation flexability has been fabulous for me...so far! I recommend it all the time. Thank you
