Pulse app is a liability. Youhave to keep updating it every few weeks. It doesn't provide information a host needs and it often fails to accept changes .this leads to double bookings and inconvenience. Booking com are expanding...whoa...get your core business right first.

I have been receiving the daily reports notifications although I chose not to receive them, so I uninstalled the app and installed it again, hoping this will solve the problem. Now, in addition to that problem, the "More" part (with 3 dots), for the guest reviews and all the other settings doesn't work at all. It keeps telling me to try again later. I have reinstalled the app again, but it does the same. It's really annoying. Any solution?

Messaging through the app can be EXTREMELY frustrating; you might be typing a long message, and then if you accidentally press on one of the customer's messages, the app will remove everything you wrote! Other than that the app is good

What's new

Thanks for using Pulse! With this release, we fixed some of those annoying bugs that might've interfered with managing your property on-the-go. Now you can change your property's main photo and easily rearrange all the others on Pulse. You can also add the top facilities that guests are looking for.
